The Thermomix® Cutter is a 4 in 1 tool that will allow you to thinly and thickly grate and slice ingredients while keeping your Thermomix® bowl clean.

Remember, side 1 (slate – the dark colour) is for slicing (thin and thick) while side 2 (grey – the light colour) is for thick and thin grating.
